Data types- what are they?

I have just converted the application I am working on to OS3.5 and
although ingnorance is bliss I have a couple of questions about data 
types(I've been converting names for hours now).

For os3.5 I am looking for the dif between a MemPtr and a MemHandle.
For os3.3 I am looking for the dif between a VoidHandle and a VoidPtr.
