No, you can debug from the IDE to any device (except the Visor) in exactly
the same way. So, there is something else wrong if it won't debug to the
IIIe. It's also possible that the debugger couldn't complete because the
serial connection was disturbed during the download -- it was bumped or
something. Delete the App, reset the device and try debugging again.
