Hmm, I can't seem to find a reference to this function in the current
docs (and I don't remember where I first came across this). In the
current (3.5) SDK, I see that this function is now implemented as a
pre-processor macro wrapper to SysAppLaunch() in AppLaunchCmd.h.
There's some docs on calling/launching other apps in the "Application
Startup and Stop" chapter of the Palm OS Programmer's Companion.
