TRGPro has a utility to do this.. but it can only be done with
flashable devices.. there is also a german guy working on a win32
application to allow you to remove/update/add programs to the rom
that can be reflashed to the device.
i use it right now.. works like a charm :)) dont know when it will
be released officiall - and please dont ask me for it.
