That makes sense. Let me try this from a different approach (to
accomplish my same goal). Can I have the antenna raised on the Palm VII
and turn on/off the radio transmitter and then open/close the serial
port? I'd like to receive a certain piece of data from the serial port
and then send it over the radio link...it doesn't have to continuously
send the data from the serial port to the radio transmitter.
