If you want to go below 10 ms resolution, I suggest you develop your own hardware to
attach to a Palm device. Then you can sell
that too! Think of it as a nice and functional software dongle for you code. I have
seen some very simple Springboard modules
developed just for this purpose.

Good for slick shareware but I would never sign off on a commercial application with
code like that in it.
