If you are running Windows, open up each gif with MSPAINT, then select the
entire gif (ctrl-A) and copy it to the clipboard (ctrl-C). Then switch to
Constructor and paste it into an appropriately sized bitmap editor window.
You don't need anything else to do the conversion, unless you have so many
gifs that you can't afford the time to do each one individually.
