I did try with giving some time for detecting incoming calls.It is detecting OK 
but, the problem that i am facing now is that if somone calls and disconnects 
before i ignore or receive the call, and tries again, next 4 or 5 calls goes to 
voice mail.
   
  Can someone put light on this ?

If you slow down the rate of transfer, you may increase the chance of 
the incoming call being received, but the only way to guarantee it is to
