I just use prc-tools together with the free ConTEXT editor:
http://www.context.cx/ . The amount of time it would take me to figure out how
to do complicated build procedures in an IDE (e.g., when I need to compile some
auxiliary code on the desktop and run it on the desktop to generate a resource
for inclusion in the Palm project) would probably take too long. :-)
