On my TX it is on the sticker on the back. Both serial number and MAC are on there. You can also get it via system preferences. Goto Prefs-> Communication Wi-Fi, tap the Info button and on the Wi-Fi Info form you have the MAC address. To get the MAC address programatically see the Palm SDK 5.3 NetServices API.
