hmm...the arm code seems to not work on the tx, but works on the th55.
I will dissemble the net control panel and see how it does it...

I tryed with the simulator, the emulator and a real palm...
All of them say the same...

Unfortunately, NetLibOpenCount returns always 0...
Maybe have I to call some other function before?

I can't find any issue of this function in the documentation...
