you do not need to call netlibopen before calling this....
you only need to SysLibOpen the netlib. that is all.

But the problem is that you have to initialize the Network system before, with
NetLibOpen.
And NetLibOpen, if the Palm is not connected, tries to connect with the
Network...

So, I need a way to know if I can call NetLibOpen, because the Palm is already
connected, or not.

How can I do it?
