Are you sure the .prc is new? You might want to check the dates on the
newly generated .prc file. If the date matches when you compiled, then it's
possible that the application didn't actually change. I took the Address
book example, added a Grafitti Shift indicator to a form that wouldn't
expect to need one, recompiled and redebugged, and the .prc did not contain
the newly added Grafitti Shift indicator. What exactly did you change
between the first and second versions?
