Ok, I did find the PalmRez Post Linker:
Type: appl
Creator: strt
Output Starter.prc
BTW, If I make a new project, I get a compiler error Can't find starter.tmp
There is a file there and it does look like the information you see after a
download in debug mode on the Palm V So I rename the one that is there to
starter.tmp
(but I have used the same file when creating another project so I don't
think that is the trouble)
