If I place the PRC file on a regular server, can they download (connecting
their Palm devices to the Web) using Opera, or just Blazer?

Also, if someone tries to download it to a regular PC, would it work (if
they're using IE, Mozilla, Safari)?

Also (I know this is a lot of questions, so thank you) -- can Resco unpack
and install the same Zip file that I now have ppl download to their PC?
