In fact, I'm testing on the actual device... I was thinking about that too,
maybe something is blocking the connection., because I get no errors! Is
there anything that I can change to work fine??? Thanks for your help!!! :)

I don't work with non-blocking sockets too often, so I
forgot about how they worked.
Just throwing ideas up in the air... are you testing
the application in the simulator or on the actual
device -- If from the device, could it be some kind of
port being blocked from the ISP?
I haven't really heard of any of them doing that, but
I'm not sure what else would be the problem.
