Raw Data on Serial

Is it possible to send raw data to the Tx Rx Cts and Dtr pin
on the palm pilot, without using any kind of protocol,
( no handshake, no baud rate, no parity, no stop bit... )

If yes how, or where could I find documentation on the subject ...
