Thanks for the help John!  I downloaded the new library and it works!! 
I have another question though.  I feel kind of stupid that I don't know
how to do this, but how do I tell the compiler where all of the standard
include files are.  I've been using the -I option to include individual
directories, but it's kind of a nuisance.
