I just now looked at the story. One thing I did find funny is the
'Talkback' section. A lot of complaints (some I agree with), but quite a
few of the harshest come from names I see on a Windows CE programming
list...

That's the same story that brought up the discussion. Nothing has changed
since then. The date on the story is July 20, today is the 25th.
