CW 6 Simulator on the Mac

I apologize for posting this question because I am sure it has been posted
before, but I could not find it.

I create a new project under CW 6 on the Mac, (either a C++ or a multi
segment) and then build it for the simulator.  When I try to run under the
simulator, I crash, with an error message EmRes.cp line 511 No System
resources.
