Ok,
I have made progress on this front. When I upgraded to the 3.5 SDK, the
simulator asks for a folder containing the system resources. When you
target the simulator system resource folder in the update, the simulator runs.
Now the top of the simulator window is hidden under the menu bar. Anyone
got any suggestions on how to move it so you can treat it like a real window?
