You can either write a "table" of rows of objects, or use ABOVE and BELOW for a more complicated navigation layout.
 
FORCEINTERACTION is for tables and lists, IIRC - when the navigation focus is changed to the item, up and down keys change which item is selected, not whether focus changes to the next or previous object.
 
The other keywords are not necessary for most applications.
