Yes, that's true, but sometimes when I would build them in Paint,
I'd have a row or two of pixels extra, but wouldn't notice.  I'd
go to copy it into the Constructor editor, THEN I'd notice it, so
I'd just change the x or y of the bitmap size by a pixel or so, 
and then the problems would start.  That's one of the few problems
I've encountered where the "can't save" error would occur, besides
copying resources over from projects built in other versions, and
when you build a form, install a bitmap on it, remove the bitmap
from the project, then go to open the form.  I've figured out
workarounds on my own, though...so I share.  =)
