This is because if you go to activate the scanner again (as it's already
still on), as you probably do in your "StartApp" or whatnot function,
you will crash yourself out. It'd be nice if Symbol could put some
error handling there in the ScanMgr...but it's highly advised that you
shut down the scanner after you finish your app. However, you CAN leave
the scanner's settings intact...take from that what you will...
