Hmmm I wonder if you would get any added benefit from doing it directly
rather than just tearing a compiled PRC apart.

Oh well, it was just a thought (and god knows I don't want to generate

Alternatively you could use CodeWarrior to turn the .rsrc files into
Palm
resources within a .prc file, and then decompile that into PilRC source.

And in fact several such tools already exist.
