this is obviously a fake name :))

personally, if you dont sit down and RTFM, i believe you are
on your own. there is a LOT of information that you will benefit
from by just reading the documentation provided by Palm.
i have seen a lot of "i am a newbie", "help me" or "... urgent"
type emails.. unfortunately, these are automatically filtered
when my brain reads the subject line :)
either:
a) you are lazy
b) you are wasting peoples time
c) you didn't plan your project :)
the typical subject like:
Dynamic User Interface: HELP ME!!! URGENT!!!
gets ignored.. changing it to be something like:
Dynamic User Interface Problems...
and then in yuor first lines you say something like (and mean it)
I was experimenting with .... and this is what happens....
can someone please assist me with an explation or workaround
to this problem?
now.. THAT type of email.. i would be bothered to answer as it
shows you have at least made an attempt and are not demanding an
answer :)
i am sure many other people agree with me.
