you definetly need satelite forms.  with good scripting skills, you can move
pretty fast withthis 4 GL tool.

i'm sorry, but it's NOT correct (it's not visual palm, and let's face it,
microsoft will not build a visual palm)

it's not visual basic/delphi ...
you place a button, and in the xxx.c you enter the code, look at the
examples of the CodeWarrior, you will get the picture.
start to read the companion, it's very easy and a good start point.
by the way, there is an online book for programming in palm site.
