Dynasys produces one, but it's on the expensive side, and it's
not very attractive...they pretty much just patched a really little
MSR through a Palm modem cradle, with a backplate and handstrap.

However, it's fairly simple to use, and you only just need to implement
one-way serial communication between it and the Palm.
