Fot the past two weeks I've been attempting to send email to Palm's
developer support. My first attempt was through the support form at
http://oasis.palm.com/dev/support/ Five days later I received a bounce
message with the following error:
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... Deferred: Connection timed out with
devsupp.palm.com.
Message could not be delivered for 5 days
Message will be deleted from queue
I assume I received this message because the web form sent an email on my
behalf.
I then tried sending the email directly to [EMAIL PROTECTED], but this also
bounced five days later with a similar error message.
Finally I tried sending the email to [EMAIL PROTECTED], but it's been five
days once again, I have no confirmation that this email was received, and
I've gotten no reply to my message.
Has anyone been able to contact Palm developer support?
Is there any other means by which I can contact Palm?
