Serial Manager/POSE

Hi,

I'm trying to test some Serial Manager code I've written. I've got a file
called c:\hello.txt on my PC (Windows 98) that contains "hello world!" How
do I send the contents of this file so that my program can read it using the
code I've written? Thanks.
