I'm trying to test some Serial Manager code I've written. I've got a file
called c:\hello.txt on my PC (Windows 98) that contains "hello world!" How
do I send the contents of this file so that my program can read it using
the
code I've written? Thanks.

The simplest way to do this is to run Hyperterminal on your PC. And then
from the menu
choose transfer and SEND TEXT FILE.
This will output your file across the serial line so that you can "talk" to
your device. If you are using POSE you will need a null modem cable
between the COM ports.
