where is bitmap.h ?

Hi all,

I am a newbie. I am interested in the bitmap format, and one of the post in
archives mentioned about reading bitmap.h.
I use Code Warrior 6, and I can not find this file. Is it changed to another
name ? Or must i find it somewhere else ?
