Read that as: If you want to write a conduit to export your databases
to the desktop, then don't use the File Streaming Manager.  It's 
great for something that stays on that particular unit, but no good
if you want to sync it out.  Your best bet is to go with multiple
databases if you want to sync large amounts of data out to a pc or
network/IR/etc.  Also, you can set it to sync only specific 64k dbs,
thus reducing your Hotsync time (which can be quite long if you're
syncing fairly large amounts of data)
