Yes; HotDispatch provides that.  You can get paid by check, credit card,
etc., or you can leave the cash in your account so you can ask questions
with it.  See http://www.hotdispatch.com for details.

I've answered on this forum several times, and others have too.  And

Yes, we were thinking about that too.  Cash is nice, but there are things
more valuable than cash...  We've some ideas and plans but I'd be speaking
out of turn to announce them before they're ready.
