Dan,

I think a gylph is the shape of a single character in a given font style (A
in Times Roman for example).
Depending on the context the gylph may be the idea of a resolution
independant shape or not.

Randy Maxwell

Subject: What's a glyph?

Could some one point me to some palm documentation that describes
what a glyph is?

Thanks!

Dan
