Sorry about that being utterly and totally scatterbrained...

Basically, I'm saying that security = good, but unusable security = bad.
People change their passwords, they do odd characters...you have
to anticipate this kind of action.  It's one of those support headaches
that go hand in hand with any kind of security.  The key is just to
lessen the chance of the user having problems without sacrificing 
security.  You'll get a better market, anyway, if you keep it simple
and easy for people, like PalmLock was.
