I pass all my events to the system, I have tried commenting all the code out
in AppStop. Therefore the problem lies somewhere between posting an
AppStopEvent and exiting the event loop. Therefore something in the system
is eating the shutdown or doing something to it and stopping the Palm
closing down. Odd
