unhandled exception in Code Warrior v6

Has anyone ever suffered the following error in Code Warrior, v6, Windows:

Unhandled exception: c0000005
at address:  004d31f4

It happens whenever I open any source file in any .mcp project.  It didn't
do this a day ago.  I've tried reinstalling Code Warrior as well.  Any one?
