One thing that might help is to put the seed version and the stable version on the
same download web page, with an explanation of which one to use. You might say
something brief about the new features of the seed version so people know if they need
the seed version. Right now, it's easy for people to miss the link to the seed page
and think they've downloaded the very latest version.
