I just upgraded to the 3.5 SDK and when I double click on a resource file to launch the Constructor, I get the following dialog box: SmartHeap Library(is the title of the window) and MEM_BAD_HANDLE is the message. Has anyone encountered this before? If so, how can I fix this?
