The IIIc has a 2 pixel white border on the LCD. I believe this is part of
the hardware, but I'm curious if there is actually a way to change the
color of this border (or turn it off?).
I assume not, but if anyone knows different, I'd appreciate it. Even a non
Palm-sanctioned register hack would be fine in this case as I'm just
playing around on my own device.
