There never was a 3.3 SDK release. For any new projects, you should use the
3.5 SDK which supports every release of PalmOS from version 1.0 forward.
You just need to make sure you don't call unsupported functions for the
versions of PalmOS you're targetting.
The 3.5 SDK requires CodeWarrior for PalmOS R6 or later.
