SDK 3.5 no NewFloatMgr.h?

Hi folks,

I use 
    SDK 3.5
    GCC (prc-tools 2.0)
    (I've already downloaded the float.zip
     from palmos.com)
Am I right that the "NewFloatMgr.h" is 
missing in the 3.5 SDK version?

Should I go and tweak the one from SDK 3.1?
