There's an upgrade to 3.5 right now! My 1500 is running 3.5.2, with
no problems at all. According to Symbol, all of their devices are
moving to 3.5 now. However, the flash utility isn't going to be free
with the Developer CD like it used to be...which is a seriously bad
move IMHO...loading an app into the flash for a specialty market is
an excellent advantage for VAR's, since we don't have to monkey around
with installer utilities, excessive phone support, copy protection,
etc. It'd help us sell a LOT more of these.
