We're getting ready to deploy a Palm VII/VIIx application written using
INetLib. One of our problems lies with the transmitter battery power level.
When it gets too low, all the transmission attempts fail, but I've not seen
a way to find out that the failure was due to the low power level. Both
Clipper and iMessenger are able to detect this, but I think they are
querying the RadioMgr library directly, and there is no public Radio Manager
interface.
So, are we out of luck here? Could Palm provide a small library to get this
info without exposing other Radio Manager secrets, maybe a "VIIGlue.lib"?
Enquiring minds want to know.
Thanks!
