Create the installation itself (InstallShield is the most powerful, Pilot
Catapult is supposedly the easiest to use) and modify the AUTORUN.INF file
of the CD to point to the executable. I don't remember the exact format, but
you can see it in any M$ CD or directly on msdn.microsoft.com.
