Well some of you might have seen this. Sorry if its an inconvenience.
For those of you who haven't , this is extracted from the Palm
Platform Platinum Program document (whoah..that's a mouthful).
Something i found interesting..

Here are the top 5 failures in each category based on previous ISV
test results.

Handheld applications

1.Verify no memory leaks exist.

2.Verify that major functions of the program work as documented.

3.Verify that shortcut strokes are unique and specific ones are used
for options in the Record, Options, and Edit menus.

4.Verify that data entry fields bring up a system keyboard via
shortcut and menu.

5.Test with the Palm III Series, Palm V Series, Palm VII Series, and
Palm m100 handheld.
Tip: Check the application on a Palm IIIc.

Conduit applications

1.Verify uninstall program removes all entries, files, and/or empty
folders on the desktop or in the Registry.

2.Verify that errors and conflicts are recorded in HotSync log.

3.Record level conflicts
Any modification to the desktop or handheld record results in
inconsistent records on both platforms or missing records on either
the desktop or handheld

4.HotSync operation "data backup" mechanism is not set properly.

5.Verify that the conduit behaves properly when the Desktop
application is running, when it is not running, and when it is
started during a HotSync operation.
Tip: Perform a HotSync operation when the application is not running.
