That CD contains CW Lite for Palm. You can use it to create and debug Palm
apps, as long as you don't use C++ (only C) and don't create anything larger
than 64K (multi-segment apps are not supported). Also, you'll have to deal
with that disclaimer screen that says the app was created with the Lite
version.
