You don't say which Palm Programming book, and you don't say which OS
you're using. I'm assuming that you mean the O'Reilly book. The CD has
the complete set of tools for Linux (pilrc, poser, the gcc toolchain) on
that CD, but they're out of date. You would be better off getting a
newer set of tools (there are links at http://www.palmos.com/dev/).
