The easiest thing would be to create a bitmap family. Since you already have the bitmap created, this is pretty easy -- just create a bitmap family, set the size of the bitmap, click on family items and press ctrl-K. This gives you family element 1 -- set its depth to 8-bit, and give it the ID of the bitmap. The form bitmap then is given the ID of the bitmap family.
